Coordinate with project field operations to ensure transfer of information is delivered, understood and implemented.   Reports To: MEP Manager   Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Responsible for writing scopes of work and coordination matrices for electrical and mechanical equipment purchasing. Work with manufacturers, subcontractors and project team for deliverables. Review and monitor distribution of RFI's / ASI's/ Changes to the field Monitor the quality and status of the suppliers construction documents Review monthly pay requests Update FB OFE Tracker on monthly basis for FB financialforecasting Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical Trades. Coordinate the execution and completion of budgets, and technical write-ups. Ensure factory testing aligns with specified/required testing and that specified testing is pre- purchased. Prepare, maintain, distribute FWT schedules to all parties and coordinate with factory Attend factory witness testing Ensure all factory witness test reports are uploaded to BIM360F Ensure all equipment receipt verifications, pre-start-up forms, start-up forms are completed at each level in BIM360F Track equipment delivery from factory to project site ensuring coordinated/timely delivery. Implement Turner purchasing and risk management policies and procedures.    Create, update and maintain FB Procurement logs  Solicit/Ensure timely issuance, and execution of Purchase Orders (PO's) by FB to vendors. Ensure Change Orders are requested from FB in a timely manner with all required backup. Provide updates to project team for all equipment ROJ's, ensure receiving/installing contractor is aware of any changes. Work with subcontractors and vendors in the field to resolve and deficiencies/issues that arise during installation/start-up Compile and submit final equipment warrantees and as built drawings. Attend Cx/Start-up Meetings. Coordinate and schedule OFCI vendor factory Cx support as required. Secure all equipment guarantees, warranties and service/maintenance agreements. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of eight years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control procedures. Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, various building systems. Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Knowledge of Turner's Project Management and scheduling software desirable. Ability to implement leading-edge technologies such as Building Information Models (BIM) and Lean to benefit the project. Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods. Very strong oral and written communication skills required. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands: Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
